	By signing this Agreement, I confirm that: (a) I understand that I am entering into a legally binding contract formed by this Application, the General Terms and Conditions, the Policies and Procedures, the Compensation Plan, and other associated documents, and that I have received a copy of, read, understood, and agree to each of these documents; (b) all information provided by me to ACN is accurate and complete; (c) I am a citizen or resident of the United Kingdom and have authority to work in the United Kingdom; (d) if I am an individual, I am 18 years of age or older; (e) neither the Applicant nor the Applicant’s spouse/life partner (unless s/he is the Applicant’s sponsor) has had an interest or benefit in an ACN distributorship in the 12 months before the Effective Date.
	I consent to the collection, maintenance, and processing of my personal data by ACN European Services Ltd. in furtherance of this Agreement and as permitted by law, as further described in the General Terms and Conditions and the Policies and Procedures. I expressly authorise ACN European Services Ltd. to transfer my personal data to any other member of the ACN Group, ACN Business Partners, and other IRs located within and outside the European Union, including the United States, as permitted by law.I agree that ACN may disclose my personal data to third parties, including but not limited to credit reference or fraud prevention agencies, ACN affiliates, business partners, as described in the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time
	I expressly authorise the ACN Group to prepare and issue invoices on behalf of me or the IR with respect to compensation due from ACN European Services Ltd. for services performed pursuant to the Agreement in accordance with the processes set forth in the Policies and Procedures. I agree that invoices will be generated electronically and will be made available to me by electronic means only.I agree to receive commercial and marketing communications from ACN and third parties, as described in the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time.
	ACN European Services Ltd. is the promoter of this trading scheme. This trading scheme offers telecommunications services and products and home services supplied by ACN and ACN Business Partners. Sales of these products and services are made via Independent Business Owner who participate in the trading scheme as order-takers. The only financial obligation of an Independent Business Owner during the 12-month term of this Agreement is the payment of the IBO Starter Fee and Monthly support fee. There are no further financial obligations and, in particular, no obligation to purchase ACN Services. The Independent Business Owner participates in this trading scheme subject to the terms of this Agreement and at such level of the scheme as the individual may achieve. When considering or comparing business opportunities, You should be aware that it is illegal for a promoter or participant in a trading scheme to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join a scheme. Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved. A PARTICIPANT IN THIS MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING PLAN HAS A RIGHT TO CANCEL AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON.
